Judge Penny Busted for not working

WSB-TV/Atlanta did a report on Judge Penny's time as a judge in Fulton County, GA (Atlanta)...and apparently, she never showed up to work. She resigned from the bench in order to host her own show. The reporter got a hold of the key card records...and there was several days she never showed up to work.

(In Atlanta, her show airs on the opposite end of the dial on WUPA).
 
Judge Joe Brown tried juggling his show and being a real life judge in Memphis and was eventually voted out of his real office because of how much time he was off. But then he might not really care now.
 
Geez... could that video clip of the article have been recorded at any lower of an audio level?
