Does anyone know anything about her, or where she comes from? I assume that WBAP is still running fillins until the big announcement is made whenever that might be. Once they make the announcement, do you think it will be someone who's already here: or will they bring someone in from out of town to fill that time slot? I wouldn't think that they would run a national show at that time, but who knows.

And one of the better characters to come from that series....Newhart and his writers had a away of surrounding him with some of the oddest people on both series. If you caught the two hour Newhart tribute on Channel 13 a couple of weeks ago you know what I mean.

Good Lord, this woman is just awful. But looking on WBAPs website, they've put her on there like she's permanent. Nothing said on the site anymore about further fill-ins. At least Lars Larson sounded sincere and acted professionally. This woman is about as unstable as that idiot MacNamara she replaced. Easily rattled, and on a 3-hr personal crusade against whatever
p!sses her off that day (a "She-Rush"?) Oh, and her connections to the "stars", how many Hollywood wannabes and has-beens will we be treated to over the next few weeks? this stinks. Whose she related to at the station? Or is this an EOE move to offset the male airstaff there.

If Shomper wants a successful local show, try tape-delaying Hannity until 6pm, and run your local person in afternoon drive instead. The rest of us are getting home for dinner and cable tv when WBAP's local show comes on, and couldn't care less about radio after 7pm.

I personally would rather have hillary (of jay and hillary fame) running the show, give the station a twist on its usual "Right Wing Old White Man" crew of on air personalities

She says she was a comedienne....one thing's for sure - someone's playing a joke on D/FW! She was begging for callers Wednesday evening. She uses "um" and "ya know" more than any human being I know! What were the folks at BAP thinking?
