It's always the same cast of characters at these events, she's now one of them. We have no real stars outside of sports, unlike NY or LA, so we're made to believe we should give a damn about the coming and goings of Julie Kahn, Bob Lobel and Spaz. It's rather pathetic.

Oh my god! She went to a party? Really? REALLY? Julie Kahn went to a party?!?! AHHHHH!!!!

I at least find it refreshing that you were able to post about the woman without mentioning that she fired people "days before Thanksgiving." Cuz, you know, we forgot.
 
In all fairness to Julie, there appears to be a lot of firings this Christmas season - WLVI TV comes to mind.

Anyone able to find the time to write up a complete list this Holiday Season?

I checked depetro.com and looks like JD is going the way of O&A. I am a big O&A fan and glad BCN has them back. Why are they funny in NY but Menino wants them off? Did Julie Kahn fire O&A as well? She sounds like a hopeless empty suit.

That may be so but she should not HAVE to know anything about programming: She is a GM basically, market manager whatever you want to call it it still amounts to GM. Big headache of a job. She's a sales person so why should she know anything about programming?. Im not defending her because I think that whole cluster should be meltoed down for scrap metal but she's not the program direct or WEEI, WRKO, etc and while she probably has great input, she's not teh one programming now is she?.

who has rated WABC the "#1 Talk Station In The World" ?

Um...Arbitron...WABC is the #1 talk station in the New York, the #1 market in the country. It also has a notoriously strong signal, which has been heard from as far away as Hawaii. It stands to reason that the #1 talk station in the largest radio market, in one of the world's largest cities, with such a strong signal could make that claim.
