Had a great one.. and hope you did also
I Headed out to Fayetteville & then to Tulsa for the holiday
got to check out a little radio here and there while travelling
Enjoyed seeing how the Tulsa tv market covered severe weather in the middle of the night... impressive.. all stations live covering the storm when it was over an hour away and the covered it till it moved completely accross their viewing area... all stations did a great job... didnt get to see what was up on the radio but one tv station was simulcasting on an am and kept telling people if they lost power where to tune in.
I always enjoyed covering bad weather in the Delta esp since we were almost always the only live station and only one able to respond.
Sometimes I miss that teletype machine.
