June 2017 Boston Radio Ratings.

WROR still #1, but the margin has narrowed.
WMJX with a strong surge.
WEEI FM looking good.
WBZ FM not looking good and waiting for September 7th .

WKAF still rising and now ahead of WAAF.
WJMN & WCRB with nice gains.

How much of EEI's surge is attributable to the start of the baseball season? Or rather, how much of it is NOT directly because of that?

EEI can attribute things to Minihane. When does it --personal stuff--become so routine that listeners feel they are being played? I listen to hear sports discussed. Self-involvement really doesn't do it for me. But really there's no other explanation for the success so I'd imagine they are being encouraged to keep it up. Even if it does get repetitive. I tend to push buttons but find I do 98.5 more.

Well, they don't really talk about 'rasslin, but they can emulate it, anyway - they have more fake beef than a vegan cookout.
