Source: The Juneau Empire on Newspapers.com. Definitely well-awaited. Notice Denver (2 hrs. ahead) for some networks, I guess they weren't microwaving the Seattle stations up here yet. No local CBS affiliate. I guess KTNL Sitka (70 miles from Juneau) was blotted out by mountains on nearby islands?

This cable system must have also picked up the ABC affiliate in Denver, KMGH 7. Why would it run CBS, NBC, PBS and an Independent from Denver but not the ABC station?
