Last Friday the 31st it wasn't hot and humid, so I wasn't expecting anything out of the ordinary when I gave the FM dial a spin. Surprisingly I picked up just one out of the area station. I was in Plainville, Connecticut and used the stock radio in a 2010 Honda Civic. On 99.5 I picked up WCRB from Lowell, Massachusetts. It was the only out of the area station I picked up. When I have gotten Boston-area stations before, WCRB isn't one of them. Normally in Plainville on 99.5 I get one of BOMBA-FM's translators that is licensed to Clinton, Connecticut and has its their antenna in Waterbury, Connecticut.
