what Philly really needs is a Polish station...
 
Why not an Asian station? Asians make up only 1% less of the market, than hispanics currently do. If a spanish FM is "needed", then surely a Asian FM could be used.

That would probably do better in Scranton than in Philly, yet Scranton does not have a Polish station. Want Polish? See if you can hear a New York City rimshot, WRKL on 910 kHz (New City, NY). They carry Polish programming from Polnet in Chicago. If you are who I think you are, maybe you could get your employer to sell some brokered time to the Polish National Alliance.
