That awful show is probably going to end up on a cable channel. Most likely the E! channel, since they are notorious for putting crap on except for True Life Hollywood or whatever that show is called.

Or VH1 for that matter. They have done well with its "Celebreality" block, plus the company that produces "The Simple Life" is very chummy with Viacom, as evidenced by MTV's "The Real World" and "Road Rules".
