whats the deal with this morning show and place? people just disappearing..great 12 plus numbers nothing 25-54 whats the deal? anybody?
 
That show has not been the same since cox decided not to renew Ron Bisons contract several years ago. He was only there from day one of the country format.
 
Ron Bisson was old and stale. There was a reason they got rid of him. He was doing the same jokes he did in the eighties. If you were in charge of a station playing hip new country would you have a fossil leading your morning show? If you remember he was on the air on a local AM station and that didn't work either.
I don't see a the problem with the current morning show. I think they sound pretty good. The only problem I have is that I can hardly hear them thru all the music they play. I normally flip it over to Mix so I can hear some talk in the morning instead of Tim McGraw every hour.

I'm sorry...since when does K92 play "hip new country"? We're talking about a station whose number of "currents" (read: recurrents everywhere else in the country) is in the single digits, right??

I figure I can do the same jokes, I did in the 80's No way the same people are around! Hahaha APE!
 
Trust me, I'm not a newbie. Plus, I wouldn't bash a station and have "looking for work" on my profile either. :)
