What station would plan a move that knocks them off the air? Install the new gear, make sure it's operating properly, then shut down the older transmitter as you bring the new one online...

I'm thinking the sat dish needs to be de-iced.
 
I suppose one that would not want to spend $30k for the privilege of not being off the air for a few hours.

Who wants to spend $30k on a new transmitter, processing equipment, dish, etc. when they already have that equipment and just need to move it to the new TX site.
