Doesn't Costa-Eagle still own them, with K-Love just programming? I wouldn't know whether K-Love has taken over operations or not, but wouldn't Costa-Eagle be legally responsible if they're still owner, rather than K-Love?

Costa Eagle is still the licensee, ,Klove is just leasing the signal.. the licensee is always the one ultimately resonsible.
