Sales can take a lot longer than that to close. KROI in Houston was at about a year and a half, and WVOX down the road in New Rochelle is approaching a year. Although with K-LOVE, sales usually close in the typical 90-100 days time frame.
The assignment application was granted by the FCC; but the modification of the license to non-commercial is still pending. I was in that area a while ago, and would have to say that 100.9 is one of the worse-sounding radio stations on the dial.
