Well, Pittsburgh is oversaturated with country music radio signals, and its a niche format for the Steubenville/Wheeling market. It's tough for stations to succeed there since it's so close to Pittsburgh. They have 98.3 coming in from the southeast Pittsburgh suburbs, this will be coming in from the southwest, so there's another acquisition needed to cover Pittsburgh's North Hills. They have two stations in northwestern PA to cover Youngstown, but their signals don't quite make it down here. There's a demand for Contemporary Christian, but it's just not a commercial format.
