K-Love on 104.7?

I was in the Warren/Bristol area earlier today and yesterday and was getting K-Love on 104.7 FM. Is there a new translator out that way? Checked the K-Love site and Radio-Locator but couldn't find anything about this station - and the signal didn't sound that great, something seemed to keep bleeding though - presumably Ocean 104.7 WOCN. Unless this K-Love station was a re-formatted WOCN?

It's a new horribly annoying translator on the air from Cranston.
Rebroadcasting WTKL 91.1 from N Dartmouth, in an area where WTKL comes in almost at city grade strength.

Wow, that translator has some really good coverage then. But a terrible choice of frequency, I'm surprised that's even allowed so close to WOCN.

K-LOVE has been on 104.7 for about a year now.I am surprised they are not simulcasting WKIV in Westerly though and the 91.1 freq

If they're picking up over the air, there's no way they'd be able to receive 88.1 from Westerly.

They are receiving over the air. During some of the tropo dxing event last summer their receiver was getting intereference.

Also they do have a vertical yagi pointed in the direction of 91.1's tower in ND.
