Who has the CP for the new FM at 91.1, will it be anthor KVIP translator? Also what JPR network is on 90.9 now? If JPR was to lose coverage of Redding, Their is still North State Public Radio from Chico State that's on in Redding on 88.9. As for EMF and 91.5, selling sounds like the only option as K-Love and Air1 now have good coverage around Redding. Maybe they'll trade with JPR to get a translattor in the Weed/Yerka or Ashland/Medford areas
Jefferson Public Radio has three services. They are Classics & News, Rhythm & News and News & Information. In Redding, JPR has 90.9 as a translator for KSOR (Classics & News), KNCA 89.7 Burney-Redding (Rhythm & News) and KJPR 1330 (News & Information).
Jefferson fought for both 91.1 and 88.9 and lost.

I really don't believe that Jefferson Public Radio (based in Ashland, Oregon) would serve Redding better than Northstate Public Radio (Based in Chico), but I would like to see JPR continue to serve Redding. The Classics & News service will need a home when 91.1 signs on. I would like to see KLVB 91.5 to go to JPR for the Classics & News service.
