As a possible counter to what 102.9/The Lake is programming with their breakers/sweepers, K is programming new jingles, which aren't helping their ratings.

Their moniker of late has been changed from "Cool Songs" to "More Music/Better Variety".

I can't believe the average listener cares about this.
 
I actually like the new jingles. Way overdue. The old jingles sounded like they should have been followed by a Barry Manilow or Michael Bolton tune. They were outdated from the day the station signed on.
