You posted a job ad on AllAccess.com a month or so ago, & said if people didn't follow your directions as to just sending a tape & resume for a part-time gig, they wouldn't be responded to.

I know a lot of people who did what you said, &, as you just got promoted to APD/MD, & wanting to start a good reputation, would think you would respond to them, even if they were being considered for the position(s) or not.

What's up with that?
 
Scarlet is not MD...T. Edward Bensen is...but she is APD. John Reynolds does all the hiring. Scarlet was told to post the PT positions. She is not the one who should be responding. But I will tell her to get on and respond, as she does not read this site too often and will not even be aware of your posting until I tell her.

Did you ever stop to think that maybe a decision hadn't been made yet? Good reputation? This is radio we're talking about here.

Even though John does the hiring, don't you think Scarlet would want a good reputation as she starts a new position?

She posted on AllAccess to send a T&R, & you would be responded to.

She didn't say John would respond.

We surmised she would.

Radio Reputation?

This isn't Howard Stern we're talking about.
