I've read up on his background and he's worked for a couple of heritage urban stations in a variety of markets. Hopefully, he'll shake up the musical programming during the middays by adding urban throwbacks into the regular playlist for some variety and play some current and gold slow jams after 10PM or midnight. Also K104 needs to cut the number of power songs spins by half. There is shouldn't be anymore than 50-55 spins per week for the top song. K104 should sound like a heritage urban, not some wannabe following the trend like KBFB...
