K10PY-D no longer carrying TheCoolTV?

It appears that K10PY-D has stopped transmitting TheCoolTV on -DT3. Bad for me, since I really liked it.

Can anyone else confirm that they have stopped altogether or could it just be a fluke on their part? My receiver says "No Program", whatever that means.
 
K31GL-DT3 is no longer TheCoolTV so K10PY is not the only station has no CoolTV
