Both translators have been off the air since yesterday. Tech problems or is Clear Channel finished with them?

[edit] KZEP and KQXT HD signals are off. I think CC is trying to be legal and not run the translators with the primary stations off the air. That's good, but if the HD signals will be off for a long time they should just use the translators to retransmit their AM stations, or maybe the Lopez group can rent/sell them to another operator.

Both translators are back, though 105.7 still sounds terrible. Not sure about the HD stuff.
 
Storms caused major problems with the electrical system at the Americas Tower. All four are on that tower along with Jack 102.7. The three big ones were on back ups but I would doubt there is a back up for the translator.

Must have been really bad if the generator was down as well.

Restaurant was closed too.
