The license was granted for this translator today. The "city of license", (such as it is), is "Rancho Bernardo, etc." KPFK's target audience may well be the "etc" part.
Who knows, maybe some of the "blue-haired ladies of RB have been itchin' for some good old fashioned Marxist diatribes" will be well served.
