While Dan Alpert's name might appear as the attorney, it is the licensee that is responsible. Dan would only know what his client tells him. Still, as you state, Alpert's name is abnormally found to be the attorney used by quite a few applicants that seem to skirt some FCC rule. Tellez...now I have my own tales about him and since my mom said it was better to say nothing at all if it wasn't good, my lips are sealed. I understand Wendolynn is Israel's daughter.
 
Last time I was in Austin not too far back, I did hear 96.3 on rebroadcasting 1600 AM with Tejano, however the sound on 96.3 was only on the left channel and the signal was very weak.
