K243CV 96.5 interference in New Braunfels.

I noticed that this new radio station on 96.5 just south of New Braunfels, in the last couple of weeks, has been playing heavily distorted music, it’s loud in the car, and it’s interfering with 96.7 Kiss Fm KHFI. Kiss FM has become unlistenable in New Braunfels, even within 96.7’s 60dBu coverage area. Is there anybody I can reach out to to complain or comment regarding 96.5? Thanks!
