Channel 25-1 now K25DM with icon CUBANA (Mako Communications LLC) the "Test" Channel of 21-6 apparently is CUBANA also, but as of right now no audio on 21-6. As far as I've seen, it's nothing but Cuban female scanty attired girls dancing to popular Cuban music, a la cabaret. Anyone know what's going to become of this channel? Are they just going to air girls dancing with feather boas in bikinis and shaking their culos all day?

Yes and no.

Yes, Mako added Cubana TV to their lineup.

No, it wasn't K25DM, which is still silent, nor is it on channel 21.6, which doesn't exist (and would be TBN if it did).

Cubana TV is now on KTVP-LD channel 22.6.

See my June 2012 Arizona TV Station Update.

Thank you for your reply, appreciate it. I think I got my info from tvfool, but now I can't actually remember exactly. Welp, sure is a dull channel! It's nothing but girls in go go boots dancing to famous Cuban tunes. Why bother airing this 24/7 beats me. How/why anyone would fund it also beats me. Could it be a temporary barker of sorts to lure in potential sales for airtime? Don't know myself. There seems to be quite a few spots over the air advertising airtime for sale in this market. I'm not an engineer, nor a broadcast professional but it seems to me that there are too many channels not enough content.

All possible. Seems to be a Mako thing, as they added the channel to one of their Vegas stations as well.
