:cool: K273CW 102.5 granted license to cover, antenna 571 Meters agl 11-21-16. their directional pattern looks like a giant pair of glasses. 99.7 Palacios on the air today.
 
I mean both are supposedly KBRZ 1460 am. And both K236AR and K273CW show to cover much of the same area. But K273CW is shown to be owned by LBC.
 
Sad to see KMAZ's coverage area start to get squeezed. It's really a nice little station. And I think there is still an active application for another LPFM on 102.5 near Willowbrook Mall.
 
Looks like K273CW is on the air. I noticed on my Tuesday evening commute on 290 that KMAZ was getting some interference from Spanish language religious music outside the Loop. Surprised to hear an announcement for La Nueva 94.1, so the 102.5 signal is using that in testing mode. Signal overtook KMAZ around 290 and Tidwell, but faded heading north on the Beltway. No problem with KMAZ reception inside the Loop; also no sign of KMKS or KTCX.

Radio-Locator shows KBRZ as the originating station, but that already has the 95.1 translator. Any guesses as to what will eventually appear on 102.5?
