This translator has been off the air for many months. Previously it had been on with horrible, overdriven modulation, as well as operating well outside its licensed directional parameters. The audio was pretty much unlistenable. The translator owner obviously didn’t care.
EMF has filed a petition to deny due to major interference potential to first adjacent KHJK, and they site what they call the “sordid” previous incarnation. This translator caused major grief for KCYB as well.
Given the completely irresponsible operation of this translator the last time it was on the air, I hope the FCC agrees with EMF.
