One of the translators of KNRJ (101.1) in Payson has been K292DF in Flagstaff. It used to be on 106.3, but now it's on 93.5. When did this change occur, and why did it happen?

Perhaps KFSZ (106.1) signed on (or will sign on), and that's adjacent to 106.3.
