Edge Spectrum, Inc. (“ESI”) hereby voluntarily relinquishes the license of K30MY‐D, Jackson, WY (FID 187846) (the “Station”). In December 2021, ESI certified, based on information received from its installer, that the facility was constructed as authorized in its construction permit. However, ESI has since learned that the installer did not construct the facility as authorized. Accordingly, ESI is voluntarily relinquishing the Station’s license and requests that the Commission cancel the license effective immediately.
