Whatever it might have been, it's pretty much back to normal now.

It was not mornal for me. I can't get the station with RCA rabbit ears on an Isignia 42 inch Plasma.

It's a UHF station, but I assume your rabbit ears include a UHF loop which usually gets 31.
When I checked Monday evening, 31's signal strength was way better than it was last weekend, but still a bit below what it usually reads. So it's possible there's still something going on. I didn't recheck the signal strength yesterday.

The question is more aptly expressed as what's *NOT* in Cedar Hill for LPTV or full power facilities.
The only two DTV facilities serving our area (both LPTV) not in Cedar Hill are KPFW/18 and KLEG/44.
Visit this site, click on Dallas/Ft. Worth, Texas. Then click each station followed by a click on "Technical Data and Screencaps". The transmitting antenna location is revealed along with a wealth of other information. Enjoy!
