Summary: Responsible to grow number of members in our radio stations preferred listener database and creating value for the program. This is not a data entry position. This person will have goals to increase the number of members in our respective station databases using the Unity Mail program, create unique content for the clubs, and content for each of our 4 stations websites. Creativity and thinking out of the box is a must. This job is exciting and fun. You’ll work in the heart of a great environment – where you can be creative. It’s fast paced and exciting. This is the new generation of marketing where you’ll talk one on one with our listeners: our most important customers.

Other duties include:

· Daily management of database using industry standard tools
· Help develop sales opportunities within the database and websites
· Work with sales to develop web and database promotions
· Create new daily content for websites
· Generate and implement action plans
· Manage station event calendars
· Work within set parameters and systems


The following skills/experience are helpful to this position:

· Radio experience / listener focused marketing
· Database
· Microsoft Access
· Basic HTML knowledge helpful
· Adobe Audition (Cool Edit)
