K99 plans for 101.1 translator?

The 101.1 translator in north Dayton has been simulcasting the Ultimate Oldies 97.5 station for awhile, but this is about to end. Looking at FCC and Radio Locator data, there is a CP (from July 2013) to move the transmitter to K99's tower which would put a city grade signal over pretty much all of Dayton. K99 is also assuming control of the station's programming stating it will re-broadcast one of its HD sub-channels. Currently, K99's HD2 and HD3 sub-channels are rebroadcasting 95.3 The Eagle...but the question is, what are K99's eventual plans for this signal? Also, how will this interfere with the WIZ as the new signal looks to penetrate deep into Butler and Warren counties (although there appears to be a null embedded in the signal southward).

Current signal:

Proposed signal via CP:

If they put a new format on the signal I could see them possibly doing AC to fill the void left by 94.5. They could also utilize the talent they already have to track the station as pretty much all of them would fit in on that particular format. Purely speculation but who knows.
