All Access is reporting that Moore, indeed, IS out and Craig Rossi is IN.
Rossi is the VP of Western Sales for Cumulus Media. He was also GM at KOST/KYSR/KBIG at one time.

I know you are hoping that KLOS goes top 40 or something so you can declare your client, the Sound, the winner but things don't happen quite that fast (if at all).
Take a deep breath, chill out and we'll all see what happens. In the meantime, many folks will be wondering where their next rent payment will be coming from. Your salivating all over the net while this is going on is simply bad form.
