KABQ-AM NEW OWNER?

Does anyone know who the owner of KABQ-AM will be?

Will the format change, or, will it continue to be progressive talk?

When will the new owner have control of the programming of 1350kHz?

(Ref: From the post and link below regarding ABQ CC Stations.)

Why would they have new owners? The stations are not for sale. Clear Channel has to spin off at least one of their FM's since they are a "grandfathered" cluster. Did you mean KABQ-FM? That could be one they spin, I guess....but my thought would be 95.1 or 104.7 since they are the weaker sticks.

You're right, I was misinformed, KABQ-AM is *NOT* for sale at this time. Any potential change(s) would be on the FM dial.
