KACI 93.5 (Gorge) now Spanish?

Driving home last night from Yakima (errand), I usually get 93.5 KACI The Dalles OR around the military exit on I-82 (milepost 11) as you climb up towards the Manastash viewpoint. Instead, it was Regional Mexican music with no ID, and 102.3 KYYT was also in. It wasn't // KWDR, so I am guessing classic hits is now a thing of the past in The Dalles. There was no E-skip on the maps last night either.
The Gorge has a Spanish station 'Radio Tierra', KZAS-LP and a bunch of translators. Did they acquire KACI and get a full-power expansion?

A check of Bicoastal's KACI-FM webstream shows no change. You might have heard a satellite feed mix-up or you DX'd Bustos' 93.5 translator K228EU that sends out 99 watts from Portland's West Hills,

Actually, the Radio Tierra people lost out in the recent NCE Window,. I read on another regional radio website a posting noted that a second group fronting for Postive Life Radio (KGTS) was awarded **TWO** NCEs in the Columbia Gorge.

Meanwhile, The Dalles NCE KJYV 101.5 is for sale (at a whooping $145K) and Odell (Hood River) has a new C3 coming for 95.1 , an Auction 109 winning. Perhaps Radio Tierra could make a pitch for a donation or deep discount from one of those license holders. The Columbia Gorge could use a full-power Spanish radio station... I don't think Bustos 94.3 KZZR targets that area although it can be heard there.

Perhaps a feed mix-up or KACI sells a few hours on Monday night to a Spanish operator or host. Much like KOZI Chelan does on Sunday afternoons due to the high Hispanic population in Chelan/Brewster.
