KADD 93.5 Logandale, Las Vegas & St. George

While I was fine tuning for 93.7, which Pebble had posted last week, I noticed a strong signal bleeding over at 93.5. KADD has been on the air testing programming since Tuesday 8/16, playing rock/country music hits. When the music stops, an announcement of KADD 93.5 Logandale, Las Vegas & St. George is heard. Then, it is back to music. I can report the signal is very strong, clear and has good fidelty. I have driven around Las Vegas, Boulder City and Henderson areas.
 
KADD also has a CP for a new FM Booster out at Apex. I wonder if that's on air yet. The main stick is out at Cabin canyon in Mesquite at the same site as 96.7 and 94.5. How does 93.5's signal compare to 94.5 and 96.7?? This station has been on the market for a bit.

KADD's testing stopped today, Thursday 8/18/11, around 3 PM. The signal was very good in comparison to 94.5 and 96.7, both fade out in the south valley area.
 
That Coyote Springs development out there is stalled. It was supposed to have 10,000 homes? Could have been a OK market for a good signal.
