KAET 8.5 and 8.6 still blank

Any word on what programming -- if any -- will be on these two stations? Will they carry V-Me like KUAT 6.2?

No. Those are artifacts of UpdateTV and do not show programming.

Artifacts? That's odd. They just came on my converter a couple months ago IIRC. And what of 51-4 and 45-2?

The religious channel that occupied 51.4 shut down a few months ago, and 45.2 is now 10.2 - an SD feed of Fox 10, but on KUTP's UHF transmitter. Some folks are having trouble with Channel 10.1 on VHF.

Point of clarification: The Worship Network, which used to air on 51.4, has not shut down. In order to secure bandwidth for ION stations to upgrade their primary subchannel from 480i to 720p, ION dropped distribution of Worship from its lineup. The network still broadcasts in the form of overnight programming on other OTA networks, such as Daystar, and in some cases, still has fully-dedicated affiliations, such as an LPTV channel in Lake Havasu City. However, most of their distribution is now by SkyAngel satellite, a notable decrease to the exposure they once enjoyed as part of the OTA ION lineup.

I stand corrected. I thought they had shut down completely.

I did a rescan of my converter this morning and found the following:

10.1 = RF 10
10.2 = RF 26
45.1 = RF 26
45.2 = missing

Also, the PQ on 10 is noticeably poorer on 10.2 (fuzzy). Audio seems equal.

Signal strength at my house (Casa de Calluses) is marginally greater on 10.2.
