KAGM down to a 0.9! Nice first book for the latest over paid hire. I hear from sources inside the AGM broadcast complex that KAGM maybe be gone by Fall if there is no turnaround soon.I see that the new hispanic weighting helped all the spanish station go up ALL of them went up! Congrats to KLVO #2 for the first time in what 10 years! I see the frist book for KKRG as recuerdo was a fantastic 2.9 KLVO better watchout!The question is not if but when will KAGM flip and to what?They could do a Soft AC format to go after KMGA that is about the only format that fits Larry and Diane!

I don't think KAGM will make it to the Fall, but another story of note..the big drop at KOB-AM! Obviously, the so-called FM Talker didn't take away those numbers, so who gained? I think you are right on the theory that all the Spanish stations made out well....partially due to weighting and partially due to the fact that this market has changed. More Hispanic listeners translates to bigger numbers for those who serve the audience, coupled with the fact that the status quo here just isn't cutting it anymore...even TJ Trout can't reel 'em like he used to. I think this book signals a change in Albuqerque radio never seen before and that is simply, our overall demographic has changed slowly but surely and those smart enough to get on board will prosper. Funny addendum...I hear Ahrens is afraid to take phone calls because he knows he can't sustain a listener phone-in talk show....true...sad, but true.

Larry did take calls on Kob but only between 9a-10a. I noticed that chris and phil got call after call while Boring Larry got very few.I feel Bad for Larry as this poor poor showing shows that it was KOB not Larry that was #1 and that has to be a big blow to his ego. The same is true for his counter part Mr.Box on KABG. Bobby was on low rated AM's and FM's for years and was forgotten until he lucked into KABG. I see that His shift on KABG is their lowest rated.I bet the GM at AGM thanks his little stars every night for Radio Lobo he pays those guys nada and ther our the cash heffer.

I was going through the breakdowns on kagm, just to see what shows if any are pulling. The only show that was pulling was the movie show on the weekends with a 3.5. Larry got a 1.5 and C&B (Lee) has a 1.1. Looks bad when some unknown kids do a show, that sounds like bad college radio and no experience can pull numbers.

No rgb_gamer what it shows is that people are tired of the same old stuff. The movie people are F-R-E-S-H, not some regurgitated act that has been around here forever or some idiotic program director that thinks he is good enough to pull a show off.

I just heard that lib pin head stephony miller on KAGM...It seems to me that the new PD just sucking up to his old pals to lay the ground work for an early exit from AGM. Too bad that the only one in town that didn't know that Larry Airhead was overated was the AGM GM.Did they ever ask the question why didn't KOB make the overwhelming offer to keep Airhead??? We know Larry low ratings Airhead went back for a counter. Look AGM brain trust go after magic with the Oasis in the Dessert and do a Smooth Jazz Soft AC Hybryd!!!!!106.3 the Oasis!!!!!
