KAHL Network droppage

The signals for the KAHL translators are acting up.
Yesterday I heard 100-7 skipping intermittently. Now 100-7 is off the air, 103-7 is dead air,. And 105-9's turn to skip, it is.

KAHL 1310 is fine, at last check.
 
Now 105-9 is good like 1310. But the others are still as I described them earlier. I thought at first the bad weather might have knocked 100-7 and 103-7 off the air, but it wasn't even raining when they began having problems.
 
They fixed them and no 100-7 still hasn't moved to 107-9. All KAHL stations are on air, but they could do with improving the quality of their internet transmitter streams. I can hear digital artifacts sometimes.
