Did not know that. Does this mean HOT has actual people about 18 hours a day? Amazing. The thing I don;t get with Cox is that they staff their stations like Hot and X with a full day of personalities and program to people who probably don't miss personality radio cause it died before they were born. WDUV and WXGL program to the age brackets who loved personality radio and both stations have very little. Odder yet,this seems to succeed in the PPMS
Once again people... the core listener DOES NOT CARE if they are local. People just want entertainment. Its 2012, not quite the dawn of automation. Kane has been tracked in afternoons for years now. He was #1 in the core demos. Can we move on from the "gad-nabit, those damn voice trackers" attitude? Evolve with the industry. Or don't. :
