And, what the going rate is for a local station here?

Everything's for sale at the right price. Typically though,
stations for sales are not advertised publically - but rather
listened confidentially through media brokers.

I was looking for a station that's witin a 2 hour drive of Topeka, and it'd have to be in the price range of $500k and under for me to get financing
