Karel and Wattenburg are the tantrum twins...Both totally self absorbed.
Karel asked to be released from his contract, which has 18 months to go, so he could take another job on a station in the bay area, one assumes it's the 106.9 thing. That's how he started his show last week, Swanson told him NO...Also said on the Air Luckoff hated him and no one like's him...What a Drama Queen (Queen)...And his constant yapping about money is just chezzy as hell...This is a well paid union gig,with full ben's...
Wattenburg is just as bad...Not about money, but about how important he is to the station. He just sounds old and cranky.
Now,Only Jack Swanson (PD/Ops Mgr) make's On Air personel decisions at KGO/KSFO, Luckoff is his boss (Pres./GM), John Hare (President) of ABC Radio is Luckoff's...Would Jack fire someone if Mickey told him to ? YES. So what do you think the answer is ?
I think in 18 months we'll all find out, which is good for Karel so he can buy some more overpriced electronic stuff from Apple to talk about while he takes a break from talking and complaing about his lack of money.
It's also good for Dr. Bill, So he can have somthing to complain about other than the price of regular gas and terrorist suitcase nukes..."I'm a scientist"
