Karen Carpenter is Alive

On Thursday morning, a local Clear Channel station played a custom parody bit that had a Karen Carpenter sound-alike. The songer's voice was breathtakingly identical to Karen's voice. Is there a way to find out who the voice belongs to? The morning guy at the station said he did not know, that Clear Channel handled the production. Does anyone here know or know whom I can ask? It's eerie, in a good way. If the singer has a CD, I'm buying.
 
It's definitely Sue Nixon. I sent her a friend request on Facebook, but she hasn't accepted it (yet). She has her own marketing consulting business in Seattle.
