Karl Haas

Where would I find information on the value of Karl Haas' original records of "Adventures in good music". Once this show stopped over 40 years ago I was given the original records from the radio station. I have kept them ever since in perfect condition and now as I'm older I have no use for them. Any information would be very much appreciated. Thanks.

Because it continued for decades on Cleveland's WCLV (then at 95/5, now 104.9 Lorain) after Haas left WJR, I'd say drop them a line. (In fact, they syndicated it until 2001 and aired it daily until 2004... over four years after his death!)

You can contact them at www.wclv.com. I'd recommend owner Robert Conrad, production director Jim Merhling and APD Bill O'Connell - they should be able to determine something. Possibly, they could see the light of day on the airwaves yet again.

It is incredible that you saved them. Drop me a message if you are able to establish some sort of contact!
