Well I just caught a promo on 100.7 WCYO that Karl Shannon is back on the air down in Richmond.

I'm glad to hear he's back on the air. Really enjoyed him when he was in Louisville. I'll try to listen online. He's a host who actually has some substance when he speaks.

He worked at WAMZ/WHAS when the Binghams were in charge in the late 70s and 80s. There's a pic of him on this link half way down the page:

He also worked at WINN and WAKY at the same time using a different first name, he was Chris Shannon on WAKY. I believe he also worked at WAVE or it might have been WAVG at the time.
