It's obvious that her resume will command a pretty high salary. Does anyone know what Dave Schum might have promised her to keep her around as the ship continues to sink? It appears that they only work three days per week, but I haven't heard her anywhere else. I know that Mike Fisher has other gigs: and Jerry Overton works weekend-overnights at Krld. I could see people hanging around simply to be on the air like Tenna Jones because she has other sources of income, but I couldn't imagine someone like Kate Delaney believing Schum's empty promises. Speaking of empty promises, were the law suits ever settled from the cafe days? I heard Gail Lightfoot mention that on Russ Martin one day while it was still in litigation, but this was more than a year ago. I imagine that Kate Delaney has already received the common sense memo in her own mind telling her that the ship is plummeting rather quickly. I wonder how long it will be before silence falls over 990?

Yes... everyone who filed a claim again Renaissance Radio (The Cafe) was paid from the money Dave got when he borrowed against the station as part of the bankruptcy proceedings. Many talent contracts were paid off as part of that court settlement, but unfortunately some people didn't think they had a chance of collecting and didn't bother to file.

The Bankruptcy is public records yeah?

I get an update every time some one wipes their Arse.

So would it be unprofessional to post the updates where everything stands? I mean if it public information I'm just making it more accessible right?

Bankruptcy

Court proceedings are generally public record.

Anything said or stated in court is fair game. Outside the courtroom is another matter entirely.

Proceedings of bankruptcy trustees often are private.
