Katy Perry - The One That Got Away - HOW?

How did this song get airplay? It is very annoying IMO. I'm surprised it's at # 4 on AT 40 this week. Honestly I have to change the station when this song comes on. Is it very popular by request?

I'm not a fan either. When you get to Katy Perry's level on the pop scene, you have to give her the benefit of the doubt when she releases a single. Kind of surprised to see this one stay in power rotations as long as it has, though. Seems like a high-burn song.
 
I am not surprised...it does get requests...and has been doing well on itunes...the problem with radio today...the listeners are lambs...ok it's Katy Perry well then I must like it...sigh
