The FCC has approved a silent STA for KAVY, "The Cave", Crested Butte. While the request was filed last month, the station reports it has been silent since September 3 "for financial reasons".
The station was rebroadcast on two translators, one in Gunnison and one in Almont (licensed to Gunnison), both south of Crested Butte. Online sources indicate that KAYV carried a classic-rock format. Its stream is currently inactive and there appears to be no website.
