I know this station has been around for awhile, but have never heard it myself.  From what i've read online, I think it started out as KLLM, and was called "West End Radio" before First Broadcasting bought it out.  With KMCQ's newest application to move to Cougar Mountain, there's been an application to move KBDB to 96.7.  I've been curious though, since the Olympics pretty much block any signal coming out of their stick to the Seattle area, and we can't hear it over here, are they a locally run station, with local jocks, and local content, or is it satellite fed?  From what I can gather from the little information I got online, they were an AC station that then flipped to a soft rock format.  Anyone got any other information about this station, or the history of it?

Also with them moving from 103.9 to 96.7, is anyone expecting any complaints from CKLG 96.9 in Vancouver, BC?

Is there any chance this station could end up being another potential "move in" to the Seattle market sometime in the distant future? (on a different frequency obviously)

It's satellite, with badly automated commercials. Ads came on twice in the middle of songs before I stopped listening. They were ads for McDonald's, of which Forks seems to have none. The AM station was said to be Korean, but they still carried the Mariners game.
