Don't know. I am right in the shadow of 100,000 watt KATS 94.5, which almost never goes off the air. WAEG is still left, as is KWDR Royal City (93.5 FM). Thank god I still have 103.7 The Oasis in ABQ...which still is getting attention from the public, and from their 95.9 Santa Fe translator. Great station. It will be a sad day whenever The Oasis closes shop. But I hope they don't for many more years!

Yeah, I know BA is still not the best, but I was pretty shocked at some of the selections heard today (on KWDR). David Sanborn's "The Dream" from 1987...which is rare to hear, and get this: Tim Weisberg's "Castaways" from 1990! I cannot believe they pulled that tune out. When was the last time ANYONE heard Tim Weisberg on their smooth jazz station?

Another thing I notice is that both Miranda Wilson AND Allen Kepler are not even live anymore...or giving song titles. They just say "I'm Allen Kepler," or "I'm Miranda Wilson," "more of your favorites next on The Smoothest Place on Your Radio." Cut to commercial. Is BA giving us a quiet "ending" to their network service?
